The ground has a rich medieval history and was last year identified as the location of the lost Whitefriars monastery dissolved by Henry VIII in the 1500’s.

In June this year Reef completed on the purchase of Boswells Department Store in Oxford City Centre as part of a joint venture with La Salle Investment Management and Oxford City Council.
