Ground-breaking in Gravesend

This week Reef Group joined Gravesham Borough Council for the ground-breaking ceremony of The Charter; a mixed use development providing 242 new homes, co-working space, leisure amenity and public realm in the centre of Gravesend, overlooking the Thames. Reef Group are proud to be partnering with the Council in delivering on their pledges to regenerate the town.

The site was first identified for development in 2002, however it was not until Reef Group became involved in 2018 that the vision became a reality. Despite the global COVID-19 pandemic, Reef Group have shown that hard work and strong relationships with our partners results in progress being delivered.

In an ever-changing world, the design teams approach to providing amenities such as co-working facilities, a library, cinema room and games room allows residents to embrace a flexible work/life balance and master the ‘Art of Living’.
