Construction has commenced onsite at Tribeca, a 1m sq ft Life Science campus in St Pancras. Situated on the Regent’s Canal, Tribeca will deliver a new state of the art Life Science cluster of laboratories and workspace along with complimentary restaurants and retail, united by new public realm and residential.

Tribeca will transform this waterside location creating a new mixed-use development responding to the strong demand for space within the Life Sciences and the Knowledge Economy sectors. The Apex, forming the first phase of the development, totals 112,000 sq ft GIA and will be complete in 2022.
